Privacy & data help
Understand how Neuraphic handles your data, your privacy rights, and how to exercise them.
What data does Neuraphic collect
Neuraphic collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), information generated when you use our services (usage data, session logs, device and browser information), and payment information when you subscribe to a paid plan. For AI products, we process the inputs you send and the outputs our models generate. We also collect standard server logs and use cookies for functionality and analytics. For a complete breakdown of every data category, see our privacy policy.
How is my data used
Your data is used to provide and operate Neuraphic services, process your requests, manage your account, and deliver AI model outputs. We also use data for security and abuse prevention, service improvement (using aggregated and de-identified data where possible), sending transactional communications like security alerts and receipts, complying with legal obligations, and personalizing your experience. API customer data on paid plans is not used to train our general-purpose AI models by default. For full details on each use, see our privacy policy.
Where is my data stored
Neuraphic is headquartered in the United States, and your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our infrastructure operates. Regardless of where your data is processed, we apply the same level of protection described in our privacy policy, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security assessments. For transfers from the EEA or UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards to ensure your data is protected in compliance with applicable law.
Who can access my data
Access to your data is strictly limited. Only authorized Neuraphic personnel who need access for operational purposes (such as customer support or security incident response) can view your information, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. We share data with a limited set of service providers who perform functions on our behalf, all of whom are contractually required to protect your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect safety. For details on our sub-processors, see our sub-processors page.
How long is my data retained
Retention periods depend on the type of data. Account information is kept for the life of your account and deleted within 30 days after account deletion, with backups overwritten within 90 additional days. API input and output data on paid plans is retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes unless you configure a shorter period. Usage data and server logs are retained for up to 24 months, with IP addresses anonymized after 90 days. Payment records are kept for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. For the complete retention schedule, see our privacy policy.
Requesting a copy of my data (data export)
You can request a copy of your personal data at any time. Sign in at accounts.neuraphic.com and use the data export feature in your account settings, or email privacy@neuraphic.com with your request. We will provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as JSON) within 30 days. The export includes your account information, profile data, and activity history. For API customers, usage metadata is included but model input/output content is only included if you have content logging enabled.
Requesting deletion of my data
You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@neuraphic.com or by deleting your account from the settings page at accounts.neuraphic.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days. Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate by signing in. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (such as financial records). We will inform you if any exceptions apply to your request. Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot identify you is not subject to deletion.
GDPR rights (EU users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation grants you several rights. You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and not be subject to solely automated decisions that significantly affect you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@neuraphic.com or use the tools in your account settings. We respond within 30 days. Full details are in our privacy policy.
CCPA rights (California residents)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Neuraphic does not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@neuraphic.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law. See our privacy policy for details.
Data Processing Addendum
Neuraphic offers a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for customers who need a formal agreement governing how we process personal data on their behalf. The DPA covers our obligations as a data processor, including security measures, sub-processor management, data breach notification, and international transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. The DPA is available for enterprise and business customers. To request a copy or execute a DPA, visit our data processing page or contact legal@neuraphic.com.
Do you sell my data
No. Neuraphic does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing or any other purposes. This applies to all users regardless of plan or location. We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We only share data with service providers who perform functions on our behalf under strict contractual protections, or when required by law. This commitment is a core part of how Neuraphic operates. For details, see our privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
Neuraphic uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (such as keeping you signed in), analytics (to understand how our services are used), and preferences (to remember your settings). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality. For a detailed explanation of the cookies we use, their purposes, and how to control them, see our cookie policy.
Third-party sub-processors
Neuraphic uses a limited number of third-party sub-processors to help deliver our services. These include providers for infrastructure hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data and only use it for the specific services they provide to us. We maintain a current list of sub-processors on our sub-processors page. If we add a new sub-processor, we update that page. Enterprise customers with a DPA may receive advance notification of sub-processor changes.

For any privacy-related questions, concerns, or requests, contact the Neuraphic privacy team at privacy@neuraphic.com. This includes requests to access, correct, or delete your data, questions about how your data is used, exercising your rights under GDPR or CCPA, and any other privacy inquiries. We aim to respond to all privacy inquiries within 30 days or sooner as required by applicable law.
Children and age restrictions
Neuraphic services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account or provided personal information to Neuraphic, please contact us at privacy@neuraphic.com and we will promptly delete the information and close the account. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without proper authorization, we will take immediate steps to remove it.
