Account & security help

Manage your Neuraphic account, security settings, sessions, and recovery options.

Creating an account

To create a Neuraphic account, go to accounts.neuraphic.com/signup and enter your full name, email address, and a strong password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and should include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. After submitting the form, you will receive a verification email to confirm your address. You must verify your email before you can fully use your account. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new one from the sign-in page.

Verifying your email address

After signing up, Neuraphic sends a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and click the verification link to confirm your account. The link expires after a limited time, so verify promptly. If the link has expired or you did not receive the email, sign in at accounts.neuraphic.com/signin and request a new verification email. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder. Email verification is required before you can access most Neuraphic services.

Signing in

Go to accounts.neuraphic.com/signin and enter your email address and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted for a verification code after entering your credentials. You can use a TOTP authenticator app, a passkey, or email-based 2FA depending on what you have configured. If you have trouble signing in, use the "Forgot password" link to reset your credentials, or contact support@neuraphic.com for assistance.

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, go to the sign-in page at accounts.neuraphic.com/signin and click "Forgot password." Enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. The reset link expires after a limited time for security reasons. If you have a recovery email configured, the reset link can also be sent there. After resetting your password, all existing sessions except your current one remain active unless you manually sign out of all devices. For detailed steps, visit accounts.neuraphic.com/help.

Setting up two-factor authentication (TOTP)

Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to your account. To enable TOTP-based 2FA, sign in at accounts.neuraphic.com and navigate to your security settings. Select "Set up authenticator app" and scan the QR code with a compatible authenticator app on your phone. Enter the six-digit code generated by the app to confirm setup. Once enabled, you will need both your password and a code from your authenticator app every time you sign in. We strongly recommend also saving your backup codes in a secure location in case you lose access to your authenticator device.

Using an authenticator app

Neuraphic supports any TOTP-compatible authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password. When you sign in and are prompted for a verification code, open your authenticator app and enter the current six-digit code shown for your Neuraphic account. Codes refresh every 30 seconds, so enter the code promptly. If the code is not accepted, make sure the time on your device is synchronized correctly, as TOTP codes depend on accurate timekeeping. If you have lost access to your authenticator app, you can use a backup code or your recovery email to regain access to your account.

Setting up passkeys (WebAuthn)

Passkeys provide a passwordless, phishing-resistant way to sign in. To set up a passkey, sign in at accounts.neuraphic.com and go to your security settings. Select "Add a passkey" and follow the prompts from your browser or operating system to register a passkey using your device's biometrics (fingerprint, face recognition) or a hardware security key. Once registered, you can use the passkey to sign in without entering a password. You can register multiple passkeys across different devices. Passkeys are stored securely on your device and are never shared with Neuraphic servers. To remove a passkey, return to your security settings and delete it.

Backup codes

Backup codes are one-time-use codes that let you sign in if you lose access to your authenticator app or passkey. When you enable two-factor authentication, Neuraphic generates a set of backup codes for you. Each code can only be used once. Store these codes in a safe, offline location such as a printed sheet or a password manager. If you run out of backup codes or suspect they have been compromised, you can regenerate a new set from your security settings at accounts.neuraphic.com. Regenerating codes invalidates all previous codes immediately. Never share your backup codes with anyone.

Adding a recovery email

A recovery email gives you an alternative way to regain access to your account if you are locked out. To add one, sign in at accounts.neuraphic.com and go to your account settings. Enter a secondary email address that is different from your primary account email. You will need to verify the recovery email before it becomes active. Once verified, you can use the recovery email to receive password reset links and account recovery instructions if you lose access to your primary email. We recommend using an email address you have reliable, long-term access to.

Managing active sessions

You can view all devices and browsers currently signed in to your Neuraphic account from the sessions page at accounts.neuraphic.com. Each session shows the device type, browser, approximate location, and when it was last active. If you see a session you do not recognize, revoke it immediately by clicking the remove button next to that session. Revoking a session signs that device out instantly. You can also sign out of all sessions at once from this page. Regularly reviewing your active sessions is a good security practice, especially if you sign in from shared or public devices.

Signing out of all devices

If you believe your account may be compromised, or if you want to end all active sessions, you can sign out of every device at once. Go to the sessions page in your account settings at accounts.neuraphic.com and select "Sign out of all devices." This immediately invalidates every active session except the one you are currently using. All other devices will need to sign in again with your credentials and two-factor authentication. After signing out everywhere, we recommend changing your password if you suspect unauthorized access.

Viewing security events

Neuraphic keeps a log of security-related activity on your account. You can view this log from the security events section in your account settings at accounts.neuraphic.com. Events include sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts, password changes, two-factor authentication changes, session revocations, and recovery actions. Each event shows the date, time, action taken, and the IP address or device involved. If you notice unfamiliar activity, change your password immediately and sign out of all devices. Contact support@neuraphic.com if you need further help investigating suspicious events.

Changing your name or personal info

To update your name or other personal information, sign in at accounts.neuraphic.com and go to the personal info section in your account settings. You can edit your first name, last name, and other profile details. Changes take effect immediately across all Neuraphic services. If you need to change the email address associated with your account, you can do so from the same page. A verification email will be sent to the new address before the change is finalized. Your previous email will no longer be associated with the account after the switch is confirmed.

Changing your password

To change your password while signed in, go to your security settings at accounts.neuraphic.com. You will need to enter your current password and then choose a new one. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and should be different from your previous passwords. After changing your password, your current session remains active. Other active sessions are not automatically signed out, so if you want to secure all devices, use the "Sign out of all devices" option on the sessions page. We recommend changing your password periodically and using a unique password that you do not use on other websites.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Neuraphic account from the account settings page at accounts.neuraphic.com. When you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, your account is deactivated and you will not be able to use Neuraphic services, but your data is not yet permanently removed. If you change your mind within those 30 days, you can reactivate your account simply by signing in. After the 30-day grace period expires, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Make sure to export any data you need before initiating deletion.

Reactivating a deleted account

If you deleted your account and it is still within the 30-day grace period, you can reactivate it by signing in at accounts.neuraphic.com/signin with your original email and password. Upon signing in, the deletion process is automatically canceled and your account is restored with all data intact. If more than 30 days have passed since you requested deletion, your account and data have been permanently removed and cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account. If you are having trouble reactivating within the grace period, contact support@neuraphic.com.

What happens to my data when I delete my account

When you delete your Neuraphic account, your data goes through two stages. During the 30-day grace period, your data is retained but your account is deactivated. After 30 days, your personal information, account settings, security configurations, sessions, and activity logs are permanently deleted from our active systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten. Certain records, such as transaction data, may be retained longer to comply with legal and financial regulations. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you is not deleted. For full details, see our privacy policy.

Account locked or suspended

Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed sign-in attempts to protect against unauthorized access. If your account is locked, wait a few minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow to regain access. If your account has been suspended, it means our team has identified activity that may violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Suspended accounts cannot sign in or use Neuraphic services until the issue is resolved. If you believe your suspension was made in error, contact support@neuraphic.com with your account email and a description of the situation. Our team will review your case and respond as soon as possible.
