Neuraphic Inc was filed in Delaware on 6 April 2026.
The research it publishes is older than that. There was no founding moment, no point at which a decision was taken to start a company; there was work that kept being interesting, and eventually a legal entity became the practical way to continue it. That order matters more than it sounds, and it is the only claim in this note.
What this is
A laboratory that goes after problems that are unsolved, and builds what it needs to go after them.
The second half of that sentence is the unusual one. The identity system is ours. The database is ours, on machines we configure, with failover we own. So is the cache, and the infrastructure underneath both. Very little here is rented, and the reason is not cost: it is that a system assembled out of other people’s services can only be understood as far as their documentation goes.
What gets studied is not fixed to one field. A problem qualifies because nobody has solved it, not because it belongs to a category we have decided to occupy.
What this is not, yet
There is nothing to buy.
There is no product, no pricing page, and no waiting list. When something is finished it will be obvious, and until then saying so would be the first dishonest thing on this site.
What there will be, in the meantime, is the work: what is being looked at, what was measured, and what did not hold. Published when there is something to publish, which will not be on a schedule.
