Neuraphic is a small team, pre-launch, building AI security products and autonomous agents. The roles listed on our careers page reflect the positions we know we need to fill right now — but a company at this stage doesn't always know what it needs until someone shows up and makes the case.
What you'll work on
That's the question we'd like you to answer. If you've read about what Neuraphic is building — Prion, Claeth, Workers — and you see a gap, an opportunity, or a problem you're uniquely positioned to solve, we want to hear your thinking. The best early hires at any company are the ones who define their own roles rather than filling predefined ones.
Maybe you're a compiler engineer who sees an opportunity in how we optimize inference pipelines. Maybe you're a technical writer who could build our entire documentation system from scratch. Maybe you have deep expertise in compliance frameworks and see how that applies to AI security products entering regulated industries. We don't know what we don't know — and that's the point of keeping this door open.
What we're looking for
Specificity. The strongest open applications are not "I'm a generalist who can do anything" — they're "here's exactly what I would work on, here's why it matters for what you're building, and here's evidence that I can do it." We're looking for people who have built something real, who work with autonomy, and who can articulate a clear point of view about where this company should go and what part of that they'd own.
Remote-first means you'll need to communicate well asynchronously. Pre-launch means priorities shift fast and ambiguity is the default state. If both of those sound more like features than drawbacks, this might be the right place.
